All bookings require a deposit which is non refundable for any missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours (except in exceptional circumstance).
Final payments will be taken at the time of treatment via cash or credit card.

All clients requiring prescription medications will require a consultation prior to treatment to assess suitability. This can be undertaken at the time of treatment by prior arrangement.
