Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment • All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the session fee. • No-shows (missed sessions without notice) will be charged the full session fee. • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. 3. Refunds • Refunds are not issued for late cancellations or missed sessions. • In exceptional cases (e.g. illness or emergency), please get in touch to discuss. 4. Scope of Practice Disclaimer • Georgia Rowley Coaching provides support through lifestyle, mindset, and wellbeing coaching. • This service does not include diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions. • It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, medical, or personal training advice. • Clients are encouraged to seek guidance from qualified professionals for physical or mental health concerns. 5. Emergency Support • Coaching is not suitable for crisis or emergency support. If you are in distress or need urgent mental health help, please contact a professional support service: • NHS 111 – urgent medical or mental health advice • Samaritans (116 123) – free, 24/7 listening support • SHOUT (Text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258) – free mental health support via text • Mind (0300 123 3393) – information and support on mental health • If you are at immediate risk of harm, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E. 6. In-Person Session Liability • By attending an in-person session at my home or other agreed location, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical safety. • While all reasonable steps are taken to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, Georgia Rowley Coaching accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or loss of property sustained during your visit. 7. Health & Accessibility • Please inform me of any relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, or accessibility needs prior to your session. This helps me ensure a safe and appropriate space for our work together. 8. GDPR & Privacy • Personal information shared in coaching sessions is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR). • Client notes are securely stored and never shared without your written permission, unless required by law or to protect your safety. • You may request to view or delete your stored data at any time by contacting me directly. 9. Liability Waiver • By booking and attending a session, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions during and after the session. 10. Results Disclaimer • Coaching is a collaborative process. While it can support growth and positive change, results vary and are not guaranteed. 11. Confidentiality • All sessions are private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm. 12. Code of Conduct • Sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment. • Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of services without refund.

These 30-minute 1:1 sessions are designed to help you move in a way that feels good for your body — no pressure, no performance, just intuitive, supportive movement. Whether you’re looking to: • Release stress and tension • Rebuild confidence in your body • Boost energy gently • Feel stronger and more grounded We’ll co-create a session that meets you where you’re at — using breath, strength, mobility, stretch, or flow-based movement depending on your needs that day. Perfect for anyone wanting to reconnect with their body in a mindful, empowering way.


✨ 1:1 Lifestyle Coaching — First Session

£25.00

This 30-minute session is our first step together — a space to pause, reflect, and get clear on where you are and where you want to be. We’ll gently explore: • What’s currently feeling heavy, stuck, or out of sync • What goals or changes you’re craving (in mind, body, or lifestyle) • What support feels most helpful right now Think of this as a grounding, goal-setting session where we begin to shape a coaching journey that’s personal, realistic, and aligned with you. Whether you’re feeling lost, low on motivation, or ready for change — you don’t need to have it all figured out. Just bring yourself.


🌱 1:1 Lifestyle Coaching

£20.00

A focused 30-minute session to check in, reset, and move forward with intention. Together, we’ll: • Reflect on your progress and current challenges • Explore mindset shifts, habits, or lifestyle changes • Re-align with your personal goals and energy Whether you need motivation, support, or a clear next step, these sessions are here to meet you where you’re at — with honesty, care, and accountability. This time is yours to pause, be heard, and keep growing.


🤍 Small Group Movement Session

£5.00

Gentle. Energising. Supportive. These 30-minute group sessions offer feel-good, mindful movement in a relaxed, encouraging space — perfect for reconnecting with your body and shaking off the stress of the day. Each session is: • Tailored to the group’s energy and needs • A mix of mobility, strength, or stretch • Focused on moving in a way that feels good — not forced Come as you are. No pressure, no perfection — just real movement for real people. Ideal for: all bodies, all levels. Great if you want to move with others but still feel seen and supported.
