Appointments

All appointments are booking only. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible 🤍.

A 5-minute grace period is offered; however, arrivals beyond this may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling to ensure fairness to other clients and to keep the day running smoothly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please get in contact as soon as possible so I can offer your space to another client 🤍

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your treatment total ✨

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited
• With more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment

Late changes are often difficult to fill, so this policy is in place to protect appointment availability, time, and income.

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Consultation & Medical Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information at all times, including any medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, or recent treatments.

An online consultation form is available and optional to complete before each appointment.

It is your responsibility to inform me in person of any changes to your health, skin, or skincare before your treatment, even if you have completed a consultation form.

I am not responsible for any adverse reactions, irritation, or results caused by a failure to disclose relevant information.

Treatment Suitability

I reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if the skin appears unsuitable, compromised, or if proceeding could risk irritation or injury.

Client safety and skin health always come first 🤍

Skin Reactions

Temporary redness, sensitivity, or mild discomfort can occur after waxing and are normal.

Individual reactions and results may vary depending on skin type, hair growth, and aftercare.

Aftercare Responsibility

Following the recommended aftercare advice is essential for the best results.

I cannot be held responsible for reactions or issues caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance or by the use of unsuitable products.

Age Requirement & Consent Policy

All intimate waxing services at Glow Show by Nat are available to clients aged 16 and over only.

Clients aged 16–17 must:

• Attend every appointment with a female parent or legal guardian.
• Have a female parent or legal guardian provide consent in person at every appointment.
• Have a female parent or legal guardian remain present for the full duration of the appointment.
• Ensure both the client and parent/guardian are able to provide valid photo ID if requested.

If a parent or legal guardian is not present for the entirety of the appointment, the treatment will not go ahead.

Clients Under 16

Intimate waxing services are strictly unavailable for clients under the age of 16.

Right to Refuse Treatment

Glow Show by Nat reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or where valid consent cannot be obtained🤍

Conduct & Respect

This is a professional, respectful environment.

Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the appointment and future bookings being declined.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available.
