By booking a service with Guid-ed Wellness, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your appointment.
1. Bookings & Payments
• All bookings must be made through the online booking system. • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect availability and time:
• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the 50% deposit being retained. • No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged as a no-show.
3. Health & Safety
To ensure your wellbeing:
• You must disclose any relevant allergies, medical conditions, injuries, mental health conditions, or medications that may impact your session, especially for hypnotherapy, breathwork, somatic work, and reiki. • guid-ed reserves the right to refuse or stop a treatment if a condition or medication may affect your safety, experience, or results. • It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically and mentally fit to receive treatment.
4. Service Limitations & Results
• All services are offered for general wellbeing, relaxation, emotional support, and personal development, and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. • No outcomes can be guaranteed, as every individual responds differently. • You agree to follow any aftercare instructions provided to support the best possible results and reduce risk. • Services are undertaken at your own risk.
5. Liability
• By booking, you accept that guid-ed is not liable for any adverse reactions, physical response, emotional response, or changes that may occur during or after a session. • You release Guid-ed from liability for injuries, conditions, or complications that may arise as a result of failing to disclose medical information or not following aftercare. • You understand that holistic services are supportive and complementary and should not replace medical guidance.
6. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
• All personal information is stored securely and in compliance with GDPR regulations. • Your contact details are used for booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and essential service communication. • You may opt in or out of marketing emails or newsletters at any time. • Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties unless legally required.
7. Marketing & Content
• For group events or workshops, photos or content may occasionally be collected for promotional use. • You may opt out at any time by notifying us prior to the event.
8. Right to Refuse Service
guid-ed reserves the right to refuse service for: • inappropriate behaviour • safety concerns • undisclosed medical conditions • intoxication or substance use • breach of these terms
9. Agreement
By booking a session, program, or service with Guid-ed, you confirm that you: • have read and understood these Terms & Conditions • consent to treatment • understand the cancellation policy • accept full responsibility for your wellbeing and results
