Booking and Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a £20 cancellation fee if less than 48 hours notice, and if cancelled on the day or a no-show then 100% of the treatment price is required to rebook. Holistic Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Treatment Guidelines: Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies before booking treatments. Clients must arrive on time for appointments to ensure full treatment duration. Holistic Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse treatment if the client is deemed unfit for the service. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, bank transfer and apple pay/Google pay. Gift vouchers or prepaid packages must be presented at the time of redemption. Health and Safety: Holistic Sanctuary maintains strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Clients with contagious conditions are asked to reschedule their appointments. Children are not permitted in the salon. Liability: The salon is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Clients assume responsibility for any adverse reactions to treatments not disclosed beforehand. Privacy Policy: Client information is kept confidential and is only used for salon-related purposes. Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes with client consent. Feedback and Complaints: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to help improve services. Any complaints should be addressed directly to myself for resolution. Miscellaneous: Holistic Sanctuary reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by the salon's policies.
