1. Create a promo code

1. Go to Menu >> Marketing Tools >> Promo Codes

2. Click 'add a new code'

3. Choose your promo code

4. Enter your £ or % amount

5. Choose to apply to all treatments or specific treatments

6. Choose which clients are eligible

7. Set your expiry date

8. Choose a promo code limit

2. Create new email broadcast

1. Go to Menu >> Marketing Tools >> Broadcast Emails

2. Click 'create broadcast email'

3. Choose the 'run a promo' template

3. Add your email header

Choose your own or use our pre-made templates

4. Add your copy

Click edit content to build your email.

• Click tap to select promo code

• Click select existing promo code

• Select your code

6. Add a link to your booking website

• Click add block

• Choose button

• Enter your text e.g 'book now'

• Select website

• Click done

7. Choose your clients

• Scroll down to 'sending to'

• Click selected client groups

• Select lapsed
