With Solo’s automated email feature, it’s easy to reach out to clients who haven’t booked in a while. You can personalise the message and decide whether to include an incentive, like a discount or special offer. This keeps your business on their radar without needing any extra admin from you.
How it Works:
Once you set up the “Lapsed Clients” email in Solo, it automatically sends a message after a specific period of no bookings. The content can include a friendly reminder or an optional voucher code to encourage them to return. It’s all about making it as easy as possible for clients to book again.
Templates/Setup:
Go to Menu > Marketing Tools > Automated Email & SMS.
Choose the “Lapsed Clients” template and customise it with your message.
Decide if you want to include a promo code.
Enable the automation, and Solo will take care of the rest.
This is a great way to keep your connection with clients strong and encourage repeat business.
