Hello, I'm Emma! I am a massage therapist and small business founder of Into The Body.
I am based in a private studio room in Nuffield Health Bridgend, providing custom massage treatments.
I specialise in providing holistic massage therapies, the connection of mind to body and giving you a moment to find that inner calm.
(FYI: For weekend appointments, please contact me directly for availability)
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 8 years, building my studies on human psychology, anatomy and health. Yoga, meditation, understanding bodies and hosting wellness workshops are the foundations of running my wellbeing business.
Into The Body is about bringing focus, care and attention back into the body, working internally to benefit externally.

Take a deep breath - it’s time for you to shut off and allow a deep sense of relaxation. A full body and head massage treatment will have you floating out the door. Reconnecting the body and mind to balance. As you drift into a deep state of relaxation, we finish with a head massage, soothing your nervous system.

The Tailored Massage allows us to customise your treatment to target areas. Are you a runner with sore legs? Tight calves? Work at a desk and have tight shoulders? We can adapt a treatment that is suited to you, choosing your multiple target areas.
