Terms & Conditions Cancellation Policy We operate on a 24 hours' notice cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer you a more convenient time and to avoid a charge. If you do not attend the appointment or cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for that appointment. Client Information Please ensure all customer information is correct and up to date. Client confidentiality and information is always stored safely and securely. Hygiene and Conduct Please ensure client hygiene and health is appropriate for treatment allowing the treatment to proceed safely and correctly, avoiding any contraindications and contractions. Clients are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour and correct conduct throughout treatment. Therapist Right to Refuse Treatment The therapist has the right to refuse treatment or terminate treatment due to inappropriate behaviour. You may also be refused treatment due to health concerns and conditions (e.g., fever, infectious disease)
