









Hello, I'm Emma! I am a massage therapist and small business founder of Into The Body.
I am based in a private studio room in Nuffield Health Bridgend, providing custom massage treatments.
I specialise in providing holistic massage therapies, the connection of mind to body and giving you a moment to find that inner calm.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 8 years, building my studies on human psychology, anatomy and health. Yoga, meditation, understanding bodies and hosting wellness workshops are the foundations of running my wellbeing business.
Into The Body is about bringing focus, care and attention back into the body, working internally to benefit externally.

The MOT - the maintenance massage to keep on top of those aches, knots and tight muscles. A back, neck, and shoulder massage focuses on alleviating tension and stress in the upper body, specifically targeting the neck, shoulders, and back muscles. Using Swedish massage techniques such as kneading and circular motion massage to relax muscles and improve blood flow.
