Cancellation or rescheduling needs to be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee 24hours or less is 100%
As a small business, please appreciate it isn’t personal if I have to charge you for an unattended/late appointment. Unfortunately no matter what your reasons, I will most likely have arranged other appointments, childcare and my spare time around your appointment. I do my best to stick to our agreed time & really appreciate it if you can please do the same. if you need need to change anything please give as much notice as possible. Thank you ☺️
