Any treatment which requires a consultation will need to be booked along side the treatment to determine the treatment outcomes, any consultation fee will be taken off the first treatment.
Any appointment requires a 50% deposit which is non refundable. Any cancellation or rescheduled of appointment requires 48hrs before treatment and any emergencies can be discussed with the team. Anything outside of this time frame unless discussed with the team at kanji will result to deposit being kept and full payment being requested.
I am happy to reschedule due to unfortunate circumstances however payment for the appointment will be required to change the date. three cancellation will result in Kanji refusing future treatments.
