All bookings require 50% booking fee to secure appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled 48hrs before appointment.

Any appointment 15 minutes late will unfortunately lose that time slot due to collision of other appointments. 20:30 is my last appointment availability anything after this will be automatically cancelled due to closing down the clinic.

Any Gift card purchased will be non refundable and remain as final balance complete. Kanji have the right to allow you to reschedule appointment twice and also as a business to reschedule for unavoidable circumstances like staff sickness, hospitalisation and grief.
