I highly recommend Kanji for electrolysis. I had 2 45 minutes sessions after consultation, to remove facial regrowth after 10 years of laser treatment elsewhere. This has definitely made a massive change. I am left with some very fine hair that was not suitable for the treatment but is very easy to manage.

by far the best treatment i’ve ever had. i came to kanji last year and fell asleep within seconds, such a relaxing, peaceful session. i loved it so much, ive got my mum booked in for her birthday. a massive 5 stars from me, i felt so zen for hours after aswell!!

I had the Goddess package with Amy & from start to finish she was nothing but friendly & welcoming. The whole experience was relaxing & very enjoyable. I would definitely book again & highly recommend. Thank you Amy.

I had the most sensational Japanese head spa with Amy last night — honestly bliss from start to finish. From the moment I arrived she was the perfect host: calm, welcoming, and so intuitive. I felt completely held and relaxed, and my nervous system melted within minutes. The treatment itself was incredible — deeply soothing, nurturing, and restorative in a way I wasn’t expecting. I floated out feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely inspired. It’s actually sparked something in me and has me seriously looking into training myself (I’m based in Taunton, so no toe-stepping — just spreading the bliss!). Huge thank you too for your kindness when I very gracefully spilled my sleepy tea on your floor 🫣😂 — clearly I was already far too relaxed! Amy, you are a natural at what you do. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough ✨💛

My partner and I were gifted a Japanese Foot Spa and facial treatment each for Christmas and we had the absolute best time! Amy and Victoria were so kind and welcoming, made us feel completely at ease, the place is super calm and relaxing and the treatments were so excellent. Neither of us really had much experience of anything like this before and Amy was so helpful explaining all the processes and highlighting any needs with recommendations to help soothe them. We both have been put off in the past from booking such kinds of treatments because of the prices they are usually offered at but Kanji is so affordable, which was a huge plus. Amy has gone to great lengths to make the place and the treatments accessible to all people, the building is fully accessible and arrangements can be made to suit anyone. I have already recommended Kanji to my brother who is a wheelchair user and struggles with stiffness and tension in his limbs. Amy is also a real LGBTQ+ ally and both her and Victoria really made me and my partner feel welcome and accepted. Aftercare was clearly explained after the treatments and we definitely slept like babies that night! Such a relaxing and positive experience, we will both definitely be coming back again!

I’ve just come back from having a Japanese head massage and feel genuinely refreshed and reset. It wasn’t flashy or over the top — just deeply relaxing in a way that quietly works on both body and mind. Amy made me feel very welcome from the start and took time to talk about overall wellbeing, which I really appreciated. She has a calm, grounded presence and I felt comfortable and at ease straight away — there was a real sense of connection throughout the session. The massage itself was so enjoyable. My hair feels clean, my curls are bouncy, and everything feels lighter overall. Amy also showed me my scalp on screen afterwards, which was really interesting to see — it genuinely looked healthier by the end of the treatment. I left feeling calm, positive, and properly looked after. If you’re looking for something restorative, I’d highly recommend booking with Amy.
