~Drink plenty of water!
~Do some gentle stretches a couple of hours after.
~Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
~Avoid any heavy lifting/physical activity for 24 hours after.
~Avoid intense heat for the first 12hours.
~Remember your nails are not tools!
~Aim to oil cuticles at least twice a day. If you struggle with this, leave your oil near your toothbrush as you do this AM/PM.
~If you feel your nails are too long before you next see me, file don’t clip as this can lift the gel and cause damage to the nail underneath.
~Wear gloves when cleaning/ washing up!
