Welcome to Kristina Jayne Beauty. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Appointments & Cancellations - Appointments can be booked online or in person. - Please arrive on time to your scheduled time. - Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. - Late cancellations may be charged 50% or no-shows may incur a 100% cancellation fee. Late Arrivals - If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment. - Late arrivals will be charged in full of service booked. Deposits & Payments - Full payment is due at the time of service. - We accept card, cash and bank transfer. - Prices are subject to change without notice. Patch Tests & Medical Conditions - A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to certain treatments (e.g., tinting, lash extensions). - Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your treatment. - We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment is unsafe for you. Hygiene & Safety - We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. - All tools and equipment are sterilized between clients. - If you have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment. Refunds & Complaints - All services are non-refundable. - If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Client Conduct - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, disrespectfully, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Privacy Policy - Your personal information is kept confidential and is used only for appointment management, communication, and service delivery. - We do not share your information with third parties. Changes to Terms - These terms are subject to change at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or in the salon.
