Wash hands well after applying makeup/fake tan/suncream or after swimming, to avoid discolouration.
Apply cuticle oil and hand cream twice a day to keep your skin and cuticles hydrated and moisturised.
Always wear gloves when washing up, cleaning or using harsh chemicals.
Minimise prolonged soaking in water (baths, swimming) as water can soften nails and weaken gels bond to the nail.
Avoid excessive heat, such as sunbeds, for 48 hours after your appointment.
Do not pick, pull or bite your gel/builder gel off. Book in for a removal using the correct methods.
Your nails are jewels not tools! Treat them as such. Avoid using them to pick at labels, open cans etc.
Schedule in regular appointments every 2-4 weeks to maintain healthy nails.
