Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these cancellation and rescheduling terms.

As an independent, home-based nail technician, my appointments are reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean I am often unable to offer that time to another client, which has a direct impact on my business and income.

I completely understand that plans can change, so I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations:

• More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee will apply.
• Between 24 and 48 hours notice: 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.
• No-shows: 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

The cancellation fee is based on the full cost of the appointment that was booked, including any additional services booked at the same time.

Rescheduling:

Appointments can be rescheduled without charge when more than 48 hours notice is given, subject to availability.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be treated in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Appointments are often scheduled back-to-back and arriving late may mean that your appointment needs to be shortened or, in some circumstances, cancelled.

If I am unable to complete your appointment due to your late arrival, the relevant cancellation/no-show charge may apply.

Genuine Emergencies:

I understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. Where there is a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as you are able.

I will always consider these situations on a case-by-case basis and at my discretion. While I will do my best to be understanding, I reserve the right to apply the cancellation policy where appropriate.

Repeated Cancellations & No-shows:

Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows may result in future appointments being declined or deposits being put in place at booking.
