Hi, I’m Samantha, the creator and founder of London Luxe Cosmetics. I am certified Skin Specialist helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.
I specialize in facials tailored to your individual skin concerns. Each skin type and concern are important to me - whether it’s acne, dryness, aging, or just a much-needed refresh. My goal is to make you feel confident in your skin through effective treatments and quality products that are proven and clinically tested.

All treatments are carried out in our clinic on 94 Wallis Road E9 5LN.
We are in a commerical office building so we use a intercom system at the entrance to manage our bookings. The buzzer code will be shared with you when you book so your able to notify us of your arrival for your appointment. We will then welcome you up into the clinic for your treatment.
The entrance to the building is number 94 the building has a massive painting on the front, showing a women holding a plant in her hand.

All appointments require a £20 non refunable deposit/booking fee this should be paid either through the booking app at the time of booking or bank transfer prior to the appointment date.

The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment and can be paid either cash or bank transfer (preferred).
I only use trusted, professional grade products in clinic. This is to ensure safe and effective results on clients.
Below are some of the brands i like to use in clinic: Clinicare Professional, BioRePeel CI3, Dr. Pen, Cliniscept+, FEMVY, Clinell, Kaeso, SBC Skincare.
The completion of our consultation forms and other forms are mandatory before any treatment. Without these completed forms we won't be able to complete your appointment. It is essential these are completed with enough prior notice so we are able to accommodate or adapt the service for any reasons.
All information provided must be accurate and completed by the person who the appointment is booked for. This includes medical history, mediciations, skin concerns, personal details aswell as photo consent.
Failure to disclose the correct information may result in: Bookings being cancelled and deposits being fortfited, results being compromised and the increased risk of reactions and complications.
Your safety is our main priority here at London Luxe Cosmetics and we take the up most responsibility when handling our clients information.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in immediate loss of that appointment slot, which can not be rescheduled.
If you wish to book another appointment you will be required to pay a new £20 non refundable deposit/booking fee.
In addition, a 50% cancellation fee based on the remaining treatment balance will apply.

Gift vouchers are available to purchase through our booking website. This are perfect if you are looking to treat a loved one, a friend or a significant other.
Gift cards are non refunable and must be used within the stated valid period. These can not be exchanged for cash.
Parking is available in bays 90, 92 and 94.
If you park outside these bays you may recieve a fine so please park within the allocated areas. We do not take any responsibilties for any fines given to our clients your parking is your responsibility.
The spaces are limited spaces and are first come first serve, so please give yourself enough time to find somewhere to park or seek alternative transportation.
These parking bays are also used by other businesses around and in the building so they will be limited.
The First 90 minutes are FREE and After 6:30pm and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are FREE.
Aswell as these allocated bays there is also on street parking on Wallis Road or surrounding roads these are pay by phone.
