We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in immediate loss of that appointment slot, which can not be rescheduled. If you wish to book another slot you will be required to pay a new £20 non refundable deposit.

This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensure avallability for other clients. Please note: only one reschedule is permitted per appointment. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment - regardless of notice - the appointment will be forfeited, and you will automatically lose this appointment. If you wish to book a new slot, a new £20 non refundable deposit will be required. This policy is in place to respect our time, resources and the opportunity for other clients to book in available slots.
Please arrive on time to ensure that other clients' appointments are not impacted. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. A 15 minute grace period is provided; however arriving any later will result in your appointment being automatically cancelled and if you wish to book a new slot, a new £20 non refundable deposit will be required.

We are currently located in Hackney Wick at 94 Wallis Road, E9 5LN. The location can be found on our main page with a map attached. The closest travel links to my studio are Hackney Wick Overground Station, 277, 488, 388 and Stratford Station being 10 minutes walk away.
Please remember when booking that these are single person appointments only unless discussed otherwise, anyone extra won't be allowed in the building. I am happy to do group bookings, please feel free to contact to arrange this.
Parking is available in all bays labelled 90, 92 and 94 (this includes bays marked a, b or c next to the number).
If you park outside these bays you may recieve a fine so please park within the allocated areas. We do not take any responsibilties for any fines given to our clients your parking is your responsibility.
The spaces are limited spaces and are first come first serve, so please give yourself enough time to find somewhere to park or seek alternative transportation.
These parking bays are also used by other businesses around and in the building so they will be limited and may not always be available.
The First 90 minutes are FREE and After 6:30pm and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are FREE.
Aswell as these allocated bays there is also on street parking on Wallis Road or surrounding roads these are pay by phone.
