Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in immediate loss of that appointment slot, which can not be rescheduled. If you wish to book another slot you will be required to pay a new £20 non refundable deposit.


Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any rescheduling requests. Each appointment is entitled to one reschedule, provided the required notice is given. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensure avallability for other clients. Please note: only one reschedule is permitted per appointment. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment - regardless of notice - the appointment will be forfeited, and you will automatically lose this appointment. If you wish to book a new slot, a new £20 non refundable deposit will be required. This policy is in place to respect our time, resources and the opportunity for other clients to book in available slots.


Lateness and no shows

Please arrive on time to ensure that other clients' appointments are not impacted. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. A 15 minute grace period is provided; however arriving any later will result in your appointment being automatically cancelled and if you wish to book a new slot, a new £20 non refundable deposit will be required.




Parking

Parking is available on street, but is pay as you go, please leave yourself enough time to find an available parking space and pay via the required way. Please remember the 15 minute grace period that is provided, if you exceed this period it will result in an automatic cancellation, and a new £20 non refundable deposit will be required if you wish to book a new slot.
