had such a lovely experience with my facial! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from start to finish, and the therapist was really friendly and professional. The treatment itself felt amazing.my skin was left feeling clean, hydrated, and glowing. I could really see and feel the difference straight away. She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Sam talked me through each step, explaining what she was doing and what to expect, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident. She’s the sweetest person and truly cares about her clients. I can’t wait to book my next session with her — highly recommend!

I changed from my regular salon and tried out London Luxe Cosmetics. Samantha was great and made me feel welcomed and relaxed. She explained before and during my facial what she was doing. Have booked a few biorepeels sessions with her for the next coming months. Samantha was also very responsive to any questions I had prior to the appointment. If you're looking for someone in the Hackney area, I'll definitely recommend her x
