FAQ's

A: Once you have booked your treatment, we will contact all new clients to introduce ourselves and confirm details for your appointment. On the day of your appointment, we will arrive and spend approximately 5-10 minutes setting up for your treatment. During this time, we will ask you to double check your consultation forms, while winding down for your treatment. Once set up, we will step out and let you get comfortable on the couch, ready to enjoy your treatment.

This time is built into all appointments, and will not affect your treatment time.

A: We bring everything we need for your treatment including all towels, blankets and music. We just ask for access to running water, an electrical outlet, and that we have a space big enough for the massage couch and room to move around it.

A: All treatments are completely bespoke, depending on how you feel on the day, and your personal preferences we will tailor your treatment with light, medium or firm pressure - checking in with you throughout your treatment to ensure its still comfortable.

Q: Will My Treatment Be the Full Length Displayed (60 / 90 Minutes)?

A: Yes, all treatment times displayed, will be the length of your treatment. We build in additional time for set up and consultations so this doesn't effect your 'me time'.
