Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to give us this notice means we often can't fill the space. Unfortunately, in these instances, a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment value will be charged.

Parking:

Please inform us of any parking charges or tolls as these charges may be added to your booking.

Please advise us at the time of booking, of any parking restrictions or instructions when we visit you, to help us keep your appointment running smoothly when we arrive.

Allergies

Please inform us of any allergies when booking your appointment, so we can ensure all products are safe to be used.  

Pets:

Please inform us if you have animals, we love them but they will need to be in another room during your treatment for health and safety reasons - sorry! 

Consultations:

You will receive consultation forms when you book your treatment, Please complete these before your appointment time so we can review and discuss how you're feeling together on the day.
