By creating this booking you agree to adhere to the following policies for this & any future appointment:
PARKINGYou are able to inform me of where to park nearby & cover any parking fees if they apply. The client should cover any parking fines should they be at fault. 
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULINGIf cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours, your card will be charged full price of the treatment. Cancelling a treatment from an appointment for multiple treatments or downgrading your booking, even if other treatment(s) still go ahead, also has the same cancellation policy. There will be no exceptions to this policy. I understand that circumstances occur where appointments have to be cancelled, but please remember as a mobile beautician, my entire day gets planned around your appointment as where you are based effects where I can travel before/after you. I also book out extra time for travel so your appointment, even if the appointment is short, it will always take a significant chunk of my day, meaning no other clients can book and if the appointment gets cancelled it has a domino effect on the rest of day, unlike how it would be in a salon. At my discretion, I may offer to reschedule based on the circumstance, but if completely cancelled within 48 hours then the appointment will be charged. 
BRIDALIf cancelling a bridal booking at ANY TIME after booking your card will be charged full price of treatment.
Bridal booking payment differs from regular bookings - a 10% deposit will be taken when booking then the remainder taken 1 week before or cash on the day.
PAYMENTThe full treatment price is due to pay in cash on the day of appointment.
LATENESSLateness over 15 minutes will result in a cancelled & charged appointment. If you are late the appointment will be completed in the time we have left so may not result in a full service.
ADDITIONAL SERVICESPlease inform me if you require any last minute additional treatments eg lash removal before your booking to ensure I have enough time to complete.
REFUNDSI will always give the opportunity to amend/make any changes to your results at the end of your appointment. Free adjustments/refunds after I have left will not be available.
CONTRAINDICATIONSCertain treatments may require you to disclose your medical information and/or an additional consent form. You may be refused treatment if I believe there is a possibility of contraindication. Please inform me beforehand if there's anything that may affect your treatment. You are responsible for disclosing any potential contraindications and I will not be held liable for any reactions. If contraindication isn’t disclosed until I arrive (this includes cold sores, eye infections etc), an alternative treatment can be offered or original treatment must still be paid for.
PATCH TESTSSome treatments require a patch test. Please take into consideration that I always recommend a patch test and if you don’t request one or decide against this, you do so at your own risk and I will not be held liable for any reactions.
ILNESSIf you are found to be ill on the day of your appointment, the treatment will not go ahead and you will still be charged. Please inform me beforehand so we can find a suitable date to rearrange. Please take into account that my job is very close contact and I do not get sick pay.
PHOTOGRAPHSFor certain treatments, before and after photos MUST be taken for insurance purposes, but won’t be posted if you do not consent
CONSENTParental consent is required for anyone booking a treatment under the age of 18
