My daughter came to have her ears pierced with Mel. She was very, very nervous but Mel couldn’t have been more patient and understanding with her. We had initially booked for a needle piercing but ended up with one of each due to my daughter’s distress, but Mel just calmly explained why and took her time making sure she was ready. Overall a stressful experience made much easier due to Mel’s professionalism. Thank you, she loves them (now)!!
