I had a lymphatic drainage full body massage. Mel was fantastic and mad me feel at ease. Her cabin in situated in a peaceful, tranquil garden and will definitely be back for further treatments.

First 1-2-1 reformer Pilates session today with Mel after badly breaking my ankle 4 months ago. Very knowledgeable, kind but firm. Great session to build strength and range of movement. I’ll be back!
