Booked in for a trigger point massage/acupuncture after developing a shin splint during training for a long walk. I've never had either of those before, but definitely will again. I feel like I'm walking on air!

I was soo tense my back, neck and shoulders were causing me soo much pain. My health concerns were listened too attentively, my treatment was very thorough and professionally carried out.
