Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will either result in a shorter treatment or the treatment being cancelled altogether, depending on what the booking is for. You will be charged for the whole booking.
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 24hrs of your treatment may result in a 50% charge. Failure to cancel your appointment at all may result in a 100% cost of treatment. Failure to cancel in a timely manner doesn’t just cost me that treatment but also costs me the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. Rescheduling within 24hrs may feel like a fair exchange to you but I will still have lost that days appointment opportunity and you as a customer will have taken 2 appointments for the price of one.
I appreciate things happen beyond our control and am always reasonable but I am also a lone practitioner trying to run a small business. I don’t receive sickness or holiday pay so every appointment is my only income. Thank you for your understanding.
The new 2% booking fee is to offset the cost of sending out multiple email and text confirmations and reminders. Please check these when they arrive.
