Please arrive on time to your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment at least 24hrs prior to treatment may result in a 25% charge. Failure to cancel your appointment at all may result in a 100% cost of treatment. I appreciate things happen beyond our control and am always reasonable but I am also a lone parent trying to run a small business. Failure to cancel in a timely manner doesn’t just cost me that treatment but also costs me the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. Thank you for your understanding.
