Optimise Your Services for Local Search
Objective
Improve your chances of showing up in local Google searches.
1. Open your services list
From your Business Profile, tap Edit profile
Select Services
2. Review your service names
Check that:
Service names are simple and clear
They match what clients would actually search for
Any outdated services are removed
Example:
Instead of “Luxury Lash Artistry” → “Classic Lash Extensions”
3. Add descriptions (if available)
Use simple language:
What the service is
Who it’s for
Where you’re based
Avoid jargon.
