Nail Aftercare

Here’s how to keep your nails looking fabulous and strong: 1. Hands Off (Kind Of) Give your nails a little chill time— avoid long soaks in water (especially warm/hot) for the first 24 hours as it can compromise the retention of the gel products. 2. Be Nice To Them No using your nails as tools—opening cans, scratching off stickers, or anything else destructive. Don’t peel or pick at enhancements; your nails will hate you for it. Trust me I’m a serial nail biter, we can do it! 3. Moisturize, Baby Daily cuticle oil is your new BFF. Keep hands soft with cream—it helps nails last longer and keeps them happy. Do I even need to say SPF? 4. Stay Away From Harsh Stuff Gloves are mandatory when cleaning or handling chemicals. Acetone and harsh removers aren’t friends with your fresh nails. 5. Keep ‘Em Fresh Book fills or touch-ups every 2–4 weeks. If you see lifting, cracks, or anything weird, come in before it turns into anything major. 6. Listen To Your Nails Redness, swelling, itching, or pain? Don’t ignore it—please contact me or a healthcare pro. If your nails are damaged and I can’t safely work on them, I’m legally entitled to refuse service on certain nails that need a break. We can totally adjust the service price, but any additions could make things worse, and my goal is to safely get you back to a full, healthy set— so let’s work together to make it happen. 7. Removal Is A Job For Me Seriously—don’t peel, bite, or force off your nails. That’s my department. If the nail plate gets damaged from biting or peeling, I’m not taking responsibility for the damage girly. I will help you fix them and bring them back to healthy nails if you trust me—but let’s try to avoid it in the first place! I get it, we’re all human, but teamwork keeps your nails happy.
