I get it — life happens. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible if you can’t make your appointment, so I have the best chance to fill your spot. If you no-show without notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, but I highly recommend we just reschedule if you can! I’m all about building trust and long-term relationships with my clients, so communication is key. For walk-ins or last-minute bookings, I understand there’s more flexibility — but for my regulars, please just promise to give me as much notice as you can.
If your nails are damaged and I can’t safely work on them, I’m legally entitled to refuse service on certain nails that need a break. We can totally adjust the service price, but any additions could make things worse, and my goal is to safely get you back to a full, healthy set—so let’s work together to make it happen. Seriously—don’t peel, bite, or force off your nails. That’s my department. If the nail plate gets damaged from biting or peeling, I’m not taking responsibility for the damage, girly. I will help you fix them and bring them back to healthy nails if you trust me—but let’s try to avoid it in the first place! I get it, we’re all human, but teamwork keeps your nails happy. Love you!
