Meet My Staff

Hagrid is Head of Security. Big voice, bigger heart. Hagrid takes his role very seriously — you’ll likely hear him before you see him, but don’t let the bark fool you. He’s all fluff and love once you’re in the door. His job is to alert me to everything: the wind, the mail, your arrival. He loves a pat, but only on his terms (he’s a professional, after all). River is Guest Experience Manager. River is everyone’s favourite buddy. She’ll follow you around throughout your session and settle by your feet the whole appointment like it’s her full-time job. She thrives on affection and praise. River, once settled is super comforting, and takes her emotional support duties very seriously. Oh, and she loves to tell you how good your sets are! Shadow is our Studio Manager. Shadow is my ride-or-die and the original member of my house. She’s a chill, super affectionate queen who may bless you with her presence or simply observe from a nearby perch.
