I am severely immune suppressed so a small cold can cause me to become seriously unwell, not only having to take time out from work. Due to this I ask for any clients with a severe symptomatic cold or who are unable to wear a mask for the entirety of the appointment to please rearrange. As per my cancellation policy, clients are able to reschedule or cancel their appointment with no charge up to 48 hours before. I understand symptoms can develop quickly so please try to give me as much notice as possible if you are feeling under the weather. I have masks available but they MUST be worn for the ENTIRETY of your appointment. Please text me the morning of your appointment (my number is on your appointment confirmation) so I can ensure there is a mask waiting for you before you enter. If you live or have been close to anyone unwell please ensure you request a mask. Any client who arrives for their appointment A symptomatic will be refused treatment and charged 100% of your booking. Direct message me if you are unwell BEFORE arriving for your appointment.
If you chip or break a nail within 72 hours of your appointment (depending on circumstance), you are entitled to ONE free reapplication of the affected nail. This includes a repair of natural nail/ extension if you lost length and a reapplication of nail art paid for in the appointment. If you do not text or DM me within 72 hours of your appointment start time, you will not be entitled to the free repair. If I am not informed within this time you will be charged at the standard repair rate with nail art fees per nail on top. No refunds will be permitted.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charge 100% of your booking. Appointments will be terminated instantly and you will be charged 100% of your booking if you arrive after 15 minutes of your scheduled time. If you are going to be late, please get in touch as soon as possible to give warning and check whether your appointment will go ahead. No charge will be taken if I cancel or change your appointment due to my own circumstances. Any appointment can be cancelled or ended at any stage by the professional. This will only constitute a charge if the appointment is cancelled/ ended due to rude or anti social behaviour or l am given a reason within 48 hours of your appointment date to terminate the appointment. Your appointment can be cancelled/ ended if your consultation forms highlight an issue or I am not made aware of an issue until the appointment. It is important to complete/ update consultation forms at least 48 before so you will not be charged if I am given reason to not go through with the service.
