Apply cuticle oil and hand cream daily to prevent lifting and re-hydrate the skin. Always wear gloves when washing up, cleaning, gardening, etc. Wear protective gloves when applying self tan to prevent staining. Do not pick or chew your nails. Picking your gel polish off will damage your nails!
