I had 3 Sessions of Reiki with Caroline and found it to be a deeply calming and restorative experience. She creates a safe welcoming space and has a gentle, intuitive approach that helped me relax and reconnect with myself. After each session, I felt lighter, more grounded, and noticeably calmer. I would highly recommend Caroline to any one looking for support, balance and wellbeing.

Just what's needed in a woman`s world. The biggest treat I'd had in months was 5 minutes to myself with a cup of tea, so when I arrived at Nature Spirit I was feeling rushed, frazzled & tense. Caroline met me at the front door & brought me into a little haven of peace and earthy luxury, different from the sterile massage clinics in the city, this treatment room was calm, grounded and slightly decant, rich but not over powering colour choice with music, which was a bit like light 1930s cool jazz. I was sat in a comfortable chair with fresh herbal tea and my feet in a large wooden basin of hot steaming water. Caroline thoughtfully placed a hot water bottle onto my creaked neck ( the initial prompt for me making the random appointment) followed by an amazing foot scrub, which I wasn't expecting but a bonus to have new sandal ready feet for summer. I was was feeling almost like a new woman by the time I got on the treatment table, I was given a excellent shoulder & head message and followed by a full body massage. Caroline has a unique approach which made it feel almost as if I had taken part in a ritual of reconnecting to myself. I would definitely recommend. I left Nature Spirit Holistic Therapies transformed and reconnected I will definitely be returning. Hidden gem worth discovering.
