1. A Female - Only Sanctuary. Nature Spirit is a dedicated female - only space. To maintain the comfort of our guests, I only accept bookings from female clients. By booking you acknowledge and respect this policy.
2. Arrival & Timekeeping:
Promptness: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to settle in.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment maybe shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed. The full treatment fee will still apply.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling.
I understand that life happens, but as a small business, late cancellations significantly impact me.
48 - Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will incur no charge.
Short Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours - 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Same-day / No-Show: Cancellations within 24 hours or "no-shows" will be charged 100% of the booking total.
Health & Safety
Consultation: All Clients must complete a brief intake form before their session.
Allergies: Please inform me of any allergies(specifically botanical, nut oils or herbal tea ingredients) at the time of the booking.
Contraindications: If you are pregnant(especially in the first trimester), have a fever, or a contagious skin condition, please contact me before booking as some treatments may not be suitable.
5. Gift Vouchers
Validity: Nature Spirit Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase ( in line with Irish consumer law).
Redemption: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Room Etiquette: to preserve the "Stillness of Nature" I kindly ask that all mobile phones are switched to silent or "Do Not Disturb" mode.
6. Privacy note: "Your data is held securely and will never be shared. I only use your contact details to manage your appointments and share occasional Sanctuary updates".
