Card Capture
All appointments need a saved card to secure your booking.
Your card is only ever charged if you cancel late or don’t attend — never for anything else.
Cancellation Window
Please give 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in line with the service you booked.
No-Shows
Missed appointments are charged at the full service rate.
This keeps things fair for everyone on the waitlist.
Skin Tests
A skin test is required at least 48 hours before any colour appointment
if you’re new or haven’t had colour with me in the last six months.
Guests
I work 1–1 in a quiet space, so I’m unable to accommodate extra guests.
There’s a café nearby if someone is waiting for you.
Photos + Videos
I occasionally take photos or short clips for my portfolio and socials.
If you’d prefer not to be included, just tell me — totally fine.

If you’re unsure what to book, please book a consultation first.
Booking the wrong service may mean rescheduling to make sure we have enough time.
