Cancellations can be made within a 48 hour period without charge. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. This fee will need to be paid before any future bookings go ahead. Failure to pay will possibly lead to all future appointments being cancelled and no further bookings can be made.

If you do not show up to your appointment without any contact, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Failure to pay will lead to all future appointments cancelled and no future bookings to be made. You will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit if you do wish to book another appointment.

Aftercare is the most important step to keeping your enhancements lasting snd healthy.

Please follow these steps:

• Use cuticle oil and hand cream minimum twice a day. This ensures your nails stay hydrated and prevents lifting/breakages.
• Do not soak your hands in water. Your nails naturally become soft and flexible when in water which causes your nails to bend. If water gets trapped under the enhancement, this can cause premature lifting and also lead to fungal infections.
• Use gloves when washing up, cleaning etc.
• Please do not use your nails as tools, such as opening cans, picking at things such as labels/stickers etc as this can also lead to lifting and chipping.
• Avoid excessive heat within the first 24-48 hours after your appointment. E.g. Sunbeds / Saunas
• Please ensure you book appointments 3-4 weeks at a time. This ensures the correct amount of time between appointments without causing stress on your nails.
