I visited Om & Glow as I was feeling a bit worn out and in need of some TLC. I booked a full body Swedish massage, lymphatic facial and eyebrow and lash tint and shape. Her attention to detail is amazing. I love my brows! And I felt relaxed and deeply cared for. Lottie genuinely looked after my every need. Wow what a beautiful experience. I went for a Lymphatic Energetica Face treatment which left me feeling so relaxed and peaceful. Lottie was professional, kind and welcoming on arrival and I loved my treatment which incorporated some energy work, reflexology, red light treatment as well as the facial. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again.

Wow — what an incredible experience! I had a massage combined with sound healing and Reiki, and it was so much more than I expected. It wasn't just relaxing — it felt deeply spiritual, emotional, and healing on every level. Charlotte created such a safe, nurturing space where I felt completely supported and protected, allowing me to let go of things I didn't even realise l'd been holding onto. After the session, I experienced such a powerful release that I cried on the way home — but in the most beautiful way, like a weight had lifted. It was emotional but freeing, intense but so comforting. During the reiki and sound healing, I had a beautiful vision of a butterfly and felt a deep warmth on the crystal on my heart Chakra (even though I had been drawn to and picked out the third eye chakra card) as though my heart chakra was opening and healing. It was such a peaceful, soothing moment - like everything inside me was beginning to shift and settle in the right way. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and truly at peace. The energy work was beautiful, and the sound healing added such a magical, nurturing touch to the whole experience. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for not just physical relaxation, but deep emotional and spiritual healing too. Truly unforgettable!
