Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Booking All treatments are by appointment only. Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is permitted.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in 100% of the booking fee being forfeited. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you cancel, the payment will be held as credit on your account to use towards a future appointment.

No-shows will also be charged 100% of the treatment cost and will forfeit the full payment.

3. Health & Wellbeing Please advise of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. Treatments may be adapted or declined if they are deemed unsuitable for your current health or wellbeing. Holistic and energy-based therapies are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

4. Payments Payment methods accepted: cash, card, or bank transfer (where available). Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
