Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Booking

• All treatments are by appointment only.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is payable on the day of your treatment.
• Appointments are confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid overlapping with the next client.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is allowed and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will be charged the full treatment amount and may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Health & Wellbeing

• Please advise of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.
• Treatments may be adapted or declined if they are unsuitable for your current health.
• Holistic and energy therapies are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical care.

4. Payments

• Payment methods accepted: cash, card, or bank transfer (where available).
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
