I recently tried a lymphatic drainage treatment, and even though I didn’t really know what to expect going in, I loved it and found it such an interesting treatment too! Niamh is so knowledgeable, and she explained everything in such a great way that I learned a lot throughout the session. The cupping created a light pulling sensation, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all, I actually really liked how it felt. By the end, I was feeling so so relaxed. I really enjoyed the whole experience and definitely value the benefits. If you are thinking about trying lymphatic drainage, definitely give it a go!

Niamh is an excellent practitioner, I felt comfortable and at ease. The space is relaxing and calming and the oils were fantastic. Not only was the treatment amazing, but Niamh gave me tools to help my recovery at home. I think everyone should go and have a lymphatic reset, especially after any surgery!
