Her touch guides everything to flow freely, with so much intention and care, allowing my body to move with ease. I recently tried a lymphatic drainage treatment, and even though I didn’t really know what to expect going in, I loved it and found it such an interesting treatment too! Niamh is so knowledgeable, and she explained everything in such a great way that I learned a lot throughout the session. The cupping created a light pulling sensation, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all, I actually really liked how it felt. By the end, I was feeling so so relaxed.
