I had an amazingly calming and relaxing massage experience in a beautiful riverside setting. At the time I was quite anxious about my health, Niamh put me at ease and made me appreciate how important it is give yourself the gift of time and care in our busy lives. The Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage was very effective. I noticed reduced swelling and felt super relaxed afterwards. The feeling was akin to coming off the yoga matt after a full flow workout. I had the deepest and most restorative sleep that night. I shall definitely be returning.

I really can’t put into words about my holistic massage and lymphatic drainage massage that I had today, Niamh put me at ease and the room was cosy and welcoming. The whole experience from start to finish left me feeling relaxed and I’ve never felt so good in myself as I suffer on a daily basis with pain and bloating.
