Never had this type of massage before. Niamh welcomed me into her home and is a lovely lady. She explained all the questions I asked about the treatment. I went because I was recommended after having an op and been In pain and the person who recommended me felt like a new person. I found it very relaxing and will certainly be going for another treatment.

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Niamh yesterday and cannot recommend her highly enough. Was a lovely experience in great surroundings, I felt very relaxed at all times. Had a great nights sleep after and will definitely treat myself again and go back soon

I had the most amazing holistic massage at Palms Body Work. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing and grounding. Niamh was absolutely amazing, so kind, intuitive, and professional. She really took the time to understand what my body needed, and the massage felt perfectly tailored, not rushed at all. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed, both physically and mentally. You can tell Niamh truly cares about her work and the people she treats. I honestly can’t recommend Palms Body Work highly enough and will 100% be booking again.
