This was such a lovely experience! I felt safe and cared for start to finish. Niamh knows what she is doing! It was such a great experience and I left her space having learned lots about my body! On top of that I looked great and felt like I could see someone I had not seen in a while when I looked into the mirror. I still feel the benefits days later :). Highly recommend visiting her!

I can’t recommend Palms Bodywork highly enough. It was my first lymphatic drainage massage, and I’ll definitely be returning. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease— Niamh is incredibly warm and professional. She creates such a calm, safe and welcoming space, which also smells lovely and is super clean! She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I genuinely noticed a difference afterwards—not just physically, but I felt lighter, refreshed, and overall much better in myself. You can really tell Niamh cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and effective treatment.

Such an incredible experience! This was my first lymphatic drainage massage but definitely not my last!! I immediately felt relaxed, light and well taken care of from the moment I walked in. I’m currently 4 days post procedure and the benefits keep coming! I’m so happy with the results and overall experience. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be back as a regular client. This lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely incredible, I left feeling so much lighter and in such a good mood, it's hard to explain in words the effect it had on me but it was amazing and I would thoroughly recommend it and will be going back. Niamh is so incredibly warm, welcoming and nurturing and her treatment room is so cosy and comfortable too.

I had a wonderful lymphatic drainage massage experience. The place was cosy and very welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Niamh was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The massage itself was deeply relaxing and really helped me release built-up tension and stagnant energy. I had an excellent experience with my lymphatic massage. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and welcoming. Niamh was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and benefits, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment. The massage itself was incredibly effective. I noticed reduced swelling and felt lighter and more relaxed afterward. Niamh was attentive, professional, and checked in throughout to ensure I was comfortable.
