I had an amazingly calming and relaxing massage experience in a beautiful riverside setting. At the time I was quite anxious about my health, Niamh put me at ease and made me appreciate how important it is give yourself the gift of time and care in our busy lives. The Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage was very effective. I noticed reduced swelling and felt super relaxed afterwards. The feeling was akin to coming off the yoga matt after a full flow workout. I had the deepest and most restorative sleep that night. I shall definitely be returning.

I really can’t put into words about my holistic massage and lymphatic drainage massage that I had today, Niamh put me at ease and the room was cosy and welcoming. The whole experience from start to finish left me feeling relaxed and I’ve never felt so good in myself as I suffer on a daily basis with pain and bloating. This lady is truly remarkable and really knows what she is doing, I left feeling lighter, refreshed and felt like I was floating. I will be returning as this has got to be one of the best massages I’ve had, thank you 🙏 🥰

This was such a lovely experience! I felt safe and cared for start to finish. Niamh knows what she is doing! It was such a great experience and I left her space having learned lots about my body! On top of that I looked great and felt like I could see someone I had not seen in a while when I looked into the mirror. I still feel the benefits days later :). Highly recommend visiting her!

I can’t recommend Palms Bodywork highly enough. It was my first lymphatic drainage massage, and I’ll definitely be returning. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease— Niamh is incredibly warm and professional. She creates such a calm, safe and welcoming space, which also smells lovely and is super clean! She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I genuinely noticed a difference afterwards—not just physically, but I felt lighter, refreshed, and overall much better in myself. You can really tell Niamh cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and effective treatment.

Such an incredible experience! This was my first lymphatic drainage massage but definitely not my last!! I immediately felt relaxed, light and well taken care of from the moment I walked in. This lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely incredible, I left feeling so much lighter and in such a good mood, it's hard to explain in words the effect it had on me but it was amazing and I would thoroughly recommend it and will be going back. Niamh is so incredibly warm, welcoming and nurturing and her treatment room is so cosy and comfortable too.
