Niamh is an amazing practitioner, not only is she so knowledgeable but makes you feel so comfortable and safe. I didn’t really know about lymphatic drainage before my treatment however Niamh took her time in explaining about the benefits and wow did I feel them! I will absolutely be back for more treatments from Palms Bodywork.

I had the most amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Niamh. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and intuitive, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The treatment was deeply effective and I felt lighter, invigorated, and more balanced afterward. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back.

I had the most incredible full body lymphatic drainage today with Niamh at her beautiful space and honestly, my body needed it more than I realised. I often struggle with bloating and that tight, uncomfortable tummy feeling, and Niamh has this intuitive way of working that allows my stomach to relax, release, and almost speak. Her touch guides everything to flow freely, with so much intention and care, allowing my body to move with ease. I could feel the difference immediately, lighter, softer, and not fighting against me anymore. If you haven’t had a lymphatic drainage session with Niamh yet, you’re truly missing out. So grateful for her expertise and the healing energy she brings. 🤍✨

Relaxing and perfect from the start! Naoimh was really knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that I had about a lymphatic drainage massage, especially as it was my first time having one! I would highly recommend Naoimh and her massage services! I will definitely be returning!

I recently tried a lymphatic drainage treatment, and even though I didn’t really know what to expect going in, I loved it and found it such an interesting treatment too! Niamh is so knowledgeable, and she explained everything in such a great way that I learned a lot throughout the session. The cupping created a light pulling sensation, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all, I actually really liked how it felt. By the end, I was feeling so so relaxed. I really enjoyed the whole experience and definitely value the benefits. If you are thinking about trying lymphatic drainage, definitely give it a go!

Absolutely loved my treatment! I had Brazilian manual lymphatic drainage for the first time and am completely sold. The room is so beautifully curated and so cosy! The tunes were on point and Niamh is so passionate and knowledgeable in her field, highly recommend. I felt relaxed and renewed after and the next day. Niamh is an excellent practitioner, I felt comfortable and at ease. The space is relaxing and calming and the oils were fantastic. Not only was the treatment amazing, but Niamh gave me tools to help my recovery at home. I think everyone should go and have a lymphatic reset, especially after any surgery!
