I recently tried a lymphatic drainage treatment, and even though I didn’t really know what to expect going in, I loved it and found it such an interesting treatment too! Niamh is so knowledgeable, and she explained everything in such a great way that I learned a lot throughout the session. The cupping created a light pulling sensation, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all, I actually really liked how it felt. By the end, I was feeling so so relaxed. I really enjoyed the whole experience and definitely value the benefits. If you are thinking about trying lymphatic drainage, definitely give it a go!

Absolutely loved my treatment! I had Brazilian manual lymphatic drainage for the first time and am completely sold. The room is so beautifully curated and so cosy! The tunes were on point and Niamh is so passionate and knowledgeable in her field, highly recommend. I felt relaxed and renewed after and the next day. Niamh is an excellent practitioner, I felt comfortable and at ease. The space is relaxing and calming and the oils were fantastic. Not only was the treatment amazing, but Niamh gave me tools to help my recovery at home. I think everyone should go and have a lymphatic reset, especially after any surgery!

I had an amazing treatment and highly recommend Palms Bodywork! I was so excited to find Niamh, it’s rare to find a local therapist who truly understands Brazilian techniques and is willing to put in the hard work. She showed incredible expertise and treated my body with the utmost care and respect. The treatment was deeply revitalising and tailored to my preferences. I went to see Niamh for a lymphatic draining massage! Super thorough she explained everything in detail, what she was doing, what to expect during and afterwards! Niamh was so friendly outgoing with a beautiful space! I highly recommend if you’ve never had one you will not be disappointed I loved it. I look forward to the next one!

I contacted Niamh because I was experiencing headaches from back pain and neck pain. Niamh had in-depth knowledge of what was going on in my neck and back. She is clearly an expert in her field. The treatment was tailored to my exact needs. The whole session was amazing and I came out feeling a thousand times better. The location and room is beautiful. I had a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage from Niamh and it was amazing. The results are instant and I feel so lightweight, relaxed and sculpted. Great treatment with Niamh, chose the lymphatic drainage massage. Felt really relaxed and comfortable throughout. She took time to explain everything and even resolved a lot of water retention around my stomach and legs with movement, tools and breath work - I felt much better for it, emotionally clearer and lighter! Couldn’t recommend enough, can’t wait to go back!
