Cancellations, Lateness & No Shows

You can reschedule or change your appointment, without charge, anytime up to 48 hours in advance (booking fees will be transferred). Less than 48 hrs Notice: Your booking fee will not be refunded, and you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows/Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a total 100% charge for your treatment booked. Running Late: Please let me know ASAP if you are running late. If you are over 15 minutes late, I may have to adjust the service you receive or reschedule, but you will be charged for the total cost of the treatment booked. You will be unable to book a new appointment until any charges due are paid. If I need to cancel your appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered, or your booking fee will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and support.



Fixes & Maintenance

FIXES: It is the client's responsibility to inform me of any issues with the nails within 48 hours of the appointment. Any corrections needed after this period may incur an additional charge. I will assess if we are using the right strength products for your nails and lifestyle as part of a prescriptive manicure service. NAIL PICKING: Picking may cause lasting damage to your natural nails - making them prone to breaks, splits and lifting in the future. In extreme cases, your nails may become sore and too thin to have gel applied until the damage has grown out and healed. LIFTING: Please get in contact ASAP if your gel nails start to lift away from your natural nails. If left, moisture can get trapped, causing 'greenies'. APPOINTMENT FREQUENCY: On average, book your appointments every 3 weeks to keep nails at their best. After three weeks, you are more likely to experience lifting, chips or stress breaks.


Client Conduct

I expect all clients to be respectful and courteous. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the service and forfeiture of any payments made.


Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing nail services. No information will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Your data is stored securely in line with GDPR and rules set out by the ICO.
