FOR THE REST OF THE DAY: Drink plenty of water Relax for the rest of the day Avoid any exercise Avoid stimulants such as coffee or Alcohol Make sure you are fully alert before driving The benefits of massage can be powerful so IT'S QUITE NORMAL: To feel aches the following day, especially if you haven't had a massage for a while or it's your first time. To feel a little Emotional, Sleepy or light on your feet.
