BOOKING FEES All clients will be asked to make a £10 booking fee for any single appointment booked. Half Day package (over 3 hours long) will require a £50 Booking Fee A Full Day package appointment requires a £100 Booking Fee. The fee is non-refundable but can be taken off the treatment balance on the day or rolled over if a further booking is made. Your appointment will not be secured until your booking fee has been paid. If using a special offer code or voucher to pay in full or part of your treatment, this must be mentioned at the time of booking & may be used instead of a booking fee. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS Should you need to cancel any appointment, I would kindly ask for a minimum of 48 Hours’ notice, by phone or text message on 07951492505. BETWEEN 24-48 HOURS NOTICE Should you wish to cancel change your appointment between 48 hours and 24 hours before your treatment time, you will be charged 50% of the total treatment amount. A 50% deduction will also be taken off any gift voucher, discount, or special offer using to pay for it. A new booking fee will be required when re-booking. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE Should you wish to cancel, OR change your appointment less than 24 hours before your treatment time, you will be charged 100% of the total treatment amount regardless of the reason for cancelling. If using a special offer, gift voucher, or a Competition Winning Prize to pay in full or part for your treatment, it will become invalid. A new booking fee will be required when re-booking. NO SHOW If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total treatment amount. If using a special offer code, gift voucher, or competition winning prize to pay in full or part of a treatment, it will become invalid. When re-booking a full payment along with anything outstanding must be made in full. GIFT VOUCHERS ALL gift vouchers (handwritten or purchased online) are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated. Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash, have no cash value & no change will be given from them. Gift Vouchers will not be extended past the Expiry Date Vouchers can be converted to be used against products. Should you wish to redeem your Gift Voucher in part or full for your treatment, or for purchasing products, please make sure that it is, in date & available on the day, or an alternative method of payment will be required. PATCH TESTS Some treatments will require a patch test for health, safety, & insurance reasons. Even if you have had the treatment before elsewhere, or if the products used have changed formula, or it has been over six months since your last treatment, you will be required to have another test. Any patch tests required for the treatment to go ahead, must be done at least 48 Hours beforehand Without the required patch test your treatment can not go ahead & if your treatment is not cancelled or changed within the terms stated above there will be a charge. CONSULTATION FORMS Consultation forms are a legal requirement for every treatment I offer. These will be issued before each treatment for you to complete in your own time. When completing your consultation form, please be, where possible, as true & as honest as you can be, it will allow me to give you the best & most suitable treatment that I can. Failing to complete a new or update your consultation form means the treatment will not be able to go ahead, & your booking fee will be lost. Your details are solely for ‘Phoenix Beauty Therapies, Health & Safety & Insurance purposes, they will stay confidential & I will never be passed onto any third party. TREATMENT TIMINGS All timings of treatments are approximate. PAYMENTS Payments can be made either by cash, card (chip & pin or contactless), Apple pay, Google pay, gift voucher, or by bank transfer.
