I attended my session with the most painful breakouts on my face. After the session was over the pain was gone, my skin felt amazing and I actually felt relaxed for the first time in months If you are pre-menopausal like I am I would highly recommend the Autumn Reset Ritual. Thank you Tracy

Had the most amazing massage with Tracy today. I felt so comfortable I drifted off & it was like an out of body experience! Ive been to Tracy many times over the years & her ability to relax & unwind a very busy mind always astounds me. She is amazing at what she does & you can tell it’s never ‘just another appointment’. The thought she puts into preparing your treatment & tailoring it to just what you need is totally unique. I throughly recommend Tracy to anyone in need of TLC
