⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a 90-minute lymphatic drainage massage with Sam at Revive & Renew and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! This was the first one I’ve ever had and it was amazing. Before we started, Sam explained everything to me so I knew exactly what to expect, and any questions I had throughout she was more than happy to answer. She made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease from start to finish. She also tailored the treatment to suit me, including what she used on my face as I don’t really use many products, which I really appreciated. The whole treatment was so relaxing and I felt so good afterwards! Sam is so lovely and knowledgeable and made my first experience such a good one. I can’t wait to book my next one! ⭐️💛

This was my 2nd MLD session - especially booked following my return from holiday. it was fascinating to see how my body had responded to the initial session and how it had dealt with being in 34 degree heat for nearly 2 weeks. I was thrilled to report no swelling at all on the plane, and very little bloating etc from the heat and change in cuisine. Sam advised that the fluid that had returned was moving much more freely than the initial session, and that my legs etc had responded very well. I've now booked a MLD facial - as I love this as part of my normal facials elsewhere but I bet they wont have been a patch on the one that is in the diary ! Thanks again Sam x

Absolutely fantastic experience tonight with Sam. I’ve always wanted to try lymphatic drainage but I didn’t know if this was for me. So after chatting with Sam on messenger, I decided to book the 60 minute full body session, which was a fantastic taster session and introduction to MLD. After a brief chat / consultation, Sam ensured that I understood what would happen and how I could interact with her at any point if something didn’t feel right. Truly enlightening experience, think of massage with bells on. Sams touch is light but purposeful, and she really knows her stuff… the magnesium spray on the soles of the feet was divine ! All in all, a fantastic experience and a great setup for my holiday on Saturday - I’ve already my next appointment for the week after I get back !!!

Sam was friendly and put me at ease for my first lymphatic drainage appointment. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. Sam was very knowledgeable. Sam happened to appear on my insta feed and I am so glad she did! I think I will have a treatment with her weekly forever now! I recently finished a course of 5 non surgical BBL treatments and honestly, I have been amazed with the results so far. I am just starting a second course and have many future treatments planned with her too. I like the fact that these treatments are non-invasive and promote your body to do what it naturally does. In terms of the BBL itself, each appointment has flown by and has honestly been fun and a really good laugh at times too. I have been made to feel really comfortable, and the support and aftercare is fantastic too. And the results? I still can't believe it. I have a shape in my bum I didn't think I'd ever have, it is smoother, rounder, and I feel so much more confident as a result. And my clothes fit better! I had the 90 minute lymphatic treatment and it was wonderful. Sam was great and explained everything before she started the treatment in her lovely, calm treatment room. I was so relaxed it was a real treat! Since the treatment I have noticed that my body feel lighter and I am less ‘puffy’. My restless legs have calmed slightly and I’ve slept wonderfully. So good that I have booked to go back next month!!

I experienced the manual lymphatic re-set yesterday. It was totally new to me but having experienced some issues recently I decided to try and get some professional help. Sam came to my rescue and explained the whole process of what she does and how it works. This is a full 90 min process from dry brushing followed by hand massage. Sam was able to answer my questions and even give me some advise as to how to help a family member with similar issues. 24 hours later my legs definitely feel slimmer and as others have mentioned I slept so well last night. I would totally recommend Sam and the MLD re-set and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I had my first full body MLD yesterday. I left feeling so much lighter, my clothes fit me better and I instantly felt less bloated. Sam explained everything and even gave me some tips on routines I can do at home to help with some of my problem areas. The whole experience is so relaxing. Sam was very professional and knows what she is talking about , she has a good knowledge of anatomy and physiology in relation to the lymphatic system , she explains exactly what and why she is doing the treatment I felt quite a significant difference afterwards. Would recommend Sam 100 percent .
