Eligibility for Treatment
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical history.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
For certain conditions, a referral from a doctor may be required.
Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
Same day cancellations & no-shows will be charged the full session cost.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened without a fee reduction.
Payment & Fees
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
New clients will be required to pay a £20 deposit - if selected - to be paid via a payment link after your booking has been confirmed.
Existing clients will be required to pay a £20 deposit at checkout - if selected.
All deposits will be deducted from your treatment total.
We accept cash, debit/credit card, Apple/Google Pay - Did you know you can use Klarna to pay for your appointments? Simply add your Klarna card to your Apple Pay wallet, then select Apple Pay at checkout when booking. You'll be redirected to the Klarna app where you can choose to pay in 30 days or spread the cost over 3 months at 0%.

Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information is confidential and securely stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
We will not share your personal data without consent, except where required by law.
Client Responsibilities
Follow treatment pre & post care advice.
Inform us of any pain during treatment or changes in your health.
Attend appointments on time and comply with salon policies.
Liability & Risk
Body Sculpting/RF Skin Tightening/Non-Surgical BBL/MLD Massage & Lash Services may involve some risks, including temporary discomfort.
Revive & Renew is not liable for injuries arising from failure to follow instructions.
Clients participate in treatments at their own risk and should seek medical advice if needed.

Complaints & Disputes
Concerns should be raised promptly so they can be addressed.

Disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action is considered.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
