What should I do after my massage?

To get the most from your treatment, it is recommended that you:

• Drink plenty of water • Avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day • Take a warm bath or shower if you feel sore • Rest and allow your body time to recover • Notice how your body feels over the next 24–48 hours

It is normal to experience some mild soreness after deeper treatments. This should settle within a day or two, leaving you feeling more relaxed and balanced.
