Hello,
I'm Edna a mother to two adorable girls, a Dutch/Ghanaian therapist with over 15 years experience. I offer a wide range of treatments such as MLD Manual lymphatic drainage treatment, Myofascial release, Non- surgical facials, Semi permanent lashes, Intimate waxing & more.
I started my beauty journey 2007 in the Netherlands. I started to grow my qualifications by studying Beauty at Hull College in 2010. In 2012, I worked at a clinic in Hull, offering Ultrasound Fat Cavitation Therapy and non surgical treatments.
In 2014, I worked at Aquarius Day Spa in Hull as a beauty therapy offering treatments such as massage, HD brows, facial, pedicure, manicure, and intimate waxing. I wanted to expand my massage skills and attend a pregnancy massage course in 2014. That same year, I did the Reiki Healing course, and I have been offering professional healing services ever since.
In 2016, I expanded my experience with a semi permanent lashes course. That same year, I moved to Manchester and worked for Benefit Cosmetics as a brow artist. In 2018, I completed a training course in the application and use of the COMCIT by Crystal Clear. That same year, I went to university to study Business and Management to enhance my skills and knowledge about running a successful business. I decided to learn new skills in 2024 and gain knowledge in Soft Tissue techniques and Advanced massage (Myofascial Release Massage). I also gained my Level 3 Award in Education and Training in 2024. I look forward to teaching what I love.
At the beginning of 2025 I refreshed my skills in MLD Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Deep Tissue Techniques to improve my knowledge and offer my clients a more in depth treatment.

What is Myofascial?
The term Myofascial is derived from the Greek word "myo", meaning "Muscle. " and "facia" meaning band. Fascia is like a three-dimensional body stocking that weaves its way throughout the body surrounding, supporting all muscles, organs and bones of the body, right down to cellular level.
During the treatment i apply a gentle pressure to locate trigger points, or knots, in the body's fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, nerves, and blood vessels. I then apply pressure and stretching to release the tension in these trigger points.
The benefits of Myofascial Release
Myofascial massage is aimed at everyone. Most people develop some negative postural habits. This is due to repetitive movements or mental and emotional influences on the body.
Myofascial massage can be of specific help to: ●Athletes (occasional sports enthusiasts) ●Individuals with chronic joints or muscle injuries ●Individuals that perform repetitive work that causes considerable strain on muscles and joints ●Individuals who suffer from stress ●Individuals who suffer from back pain, headaches, whiplash, pelvic pain, neck pain, disc problems, migraines, neurological dysfunction, Fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, arthritis and poor posture

What is Therapeutic Lymphatic Drainage therapy?
Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle treatment that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system and supporting its functions. The Lymphatic drainage massage is able to improve overall health and wellbeing.
We will conduct a through consultation, followed by lymphatic drainage. This is a specialist massage that stimulates the lymph vessels in the lymphatic system to naturally detox the body, flushing out toxins to help maintain healthy blood circulation and immune function, which are essential during surgery and recovery.
The aftermath of surgery can negatively impact the body however, with our pre surgery care treatments, you can make sure that you are getting your body into the best condition possible. By detoxing the body through the lymphatic drainage massage you can maximise your results by reducing stress and also aid a healthy recovery.
Please Note the initial travel cost payment of £5(within 10miles) only accounts for the first treatment. Therefore it is required to pay a travel cost for each individual treatment. An invoice will be sent separately which will allow you make these payments.
Why do I need Lymphatic Drainage Therapy after liposuction and other cosmetic surgery?
There are many reasons to have Lymphatic Drainage Therapy after liposuction and various cosmetic surgeries. It accelerates recovery time by reducing swelling and bruising as well as relaxing the sympathetic nervous system which reduces pain.
It is common to notice a hardness or lumpiness in the areas treated with liposuction especially in the abdominal and even more so combined with other body contouring procedures. This is normal after your procedures as it is caused by inflammation and trauma from the cannula.
Lymphatic drainage therapy helps move the fluids by pumping it back into the lymph vessels, this reduces swelling and discomfort. Without lymphatic drainage therapy the inflammation can evolve into things like fibrosis.
Lymphatic drainage is encouraged after most procedures especially after liposuction as this leads to the best possible results.
How soon after my procedure can my Lymphatic Drainage Therapy begin?
It is possible to begin 24 hours after surgery based on the surgeon’s requests.
How many sessions will I need?
It is ideal to have at least 1 to 6 treatments post operation, although patients who have liposuction to the abdominal area often have up to 12 sessions.
