Booking & Payment
For appointments booked online, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
For appointments arranged directly, payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Please ensure you are available at the agreed appointment time.
If I arrive and am unable to access the property, I will make reasonable attempts to contact you and wait for up to 15 minutes.
If I am still unable to gain access after 15 minutes, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and the full treatment fee will be retained in accordance with the cancellation policy.
