Your appointments are very important to me. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, and while I understand that sometimes things happen and therefore schedule adjustments are necessary, I respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. I will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago.
Cancellation Charges
48 hours cancellation fee 50% of the reserved service amount.
24 hours cancellation fee 100% of the reserved service amount.
'No show' showing up at your house and not letting me in because nobody is at home(wait time 30mins) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
From the moment I'm at your door, your time starts therefore any delay cause by you will be deduct from your treatment time.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
For appointments made within the 24-hour period can be cancelled within 10 minutes without any cancellation fee. After that there will be £10 administration fee.
The cancellation policy give me the time to inform my standby clients of any availability and keeps my schedules filled. My aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service, and my policies help me to achieve this. Thank you for viewing and supporting my policies criteria.
Thank you for your understanding, I recognise that the time of my clients and myself is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I don't only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times, I will be on their way to the client in an “on call” status and may have travelled to the area specifically for your service. For these reasons, I am obligated to compensate myself for my time.
